What we supply

Photo signs. Full colour printed corflute or ACM boards with property images, agency branding and agent details. Single or double sided, in the standard sizes agencies work with, or cut to whatever your agency template calls for.

Agent and agency boards. For sale, for lease, sold, under contract, auction and coming soon boards in your agency's branding and colour scheme.

Open home and directional signs. A frames, corflute on stakes, arrow signs and flag sets for getting people from the main road to the property.

Teardrop and feather flags. Open home flags with agency branding, ground spike or cross base. Highly visible and they set up in seconds. See banners and flags.

Frames, posts and hardware. Timber and metal frames, ground stakes, fence brackets, post and rail systems, and pull down hardware.

Sliders, riders and overlays. Sold banners, under offer strips, auction date sliders and price change overlays so you are not reprinting a whole board for one change.

Everything else the office needs. Because we are a print business as well, the window cards, brochures, letterbox drops, business cards and pull up banners all come from the same place with the same artwork and the same colours.

Templates and turnaround

If you list with us regularly, we set your agency template up once. Your logo positions, your colours, your fonts, your standard board sizes and your agent photos all sit on file. After that a new listing is just the property images, the address and the agent details, and the board goes into production.

That is the whole point of the arrangement. It takes the design step out of every job and turns a listing into a same day or next day print run.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you turn around a photo sign?

For agencies we have templates set up for, very fast. Send the images and details in the morning and there is a good chance it is ready that day or the next. Tell us your deadline when you send it through.

Can you match our agency's national branding?

Yes. Most franchise groups have a signage style guide with fixed logo sizes, colours and layouts. Send it through and we will build the templates to it so every board is compliant.

Do you do the installation or do we?

Most agencies install their own boards, and we supply the stakes and frames to suit. If you need boards installed, particularly larger development site signage, we can do that too.

What size are standard real estate signs?

It varies by agency and by state, but common Queensland sizes include 900 x 600mm, 1200 x 900mm and 1800 x 1200mm for photo signs. If your agency has its own dimensions, we will make to those.
