Orders

• JPG Signs does not accept orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through our online ordering system (where available) or emailed to si********@***********om.au.
• When ordering through a third party who submits artwork or files on your behalf, it is assumed you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• JPG Signs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party ordering systems.
• JPG Signs is not liable for any marketing costs or losses relating to your advertising campaign, regardless of the circumstances.

Real Estate Boards

• All board orders must be submitted by email and will be logged online to generate a job number.
• All boards remain the property of JPG Signs and are leased only. They are not owned by the agent or any other party and must be made available for collection when no longer required.
• Boards must not be moved or removed by any person or third party without prior approval from JPG Signs.
• If a board is moved without JPG Signs' knowledge or consent, JPG Signs accepts no responsibility for any resulting damage to property or persons.
• Board hire is for a maximum period of 6 months. At the end of this period you will be contacted and may choose to:
  1. Have the board removed at no additional cost; or
  2. Extend the board rental for a further six months (additional rental charges apply).
• This option will continue every six months until the board is removed.
• JPG Signs reserves the right to charge the replacement cost for any lost, stolen or damaged boards.
• If a permanent sign is required, please contact JPG Signs for a quotation.
• If an agent arranges removal or relocation of a JPG Signs board without authorisation, they may be liable for the full replacement cost.
• If no installation instructions are supplied, boards will be installed in the position considered most suitable by the installer.
• Where no installation instructions are provided, JPG Signs accepts no responsibility for council fines, reinstalls or damages resulting from the chosen location.
• JPG Signs assumes all required council approvals have been obtained. Any council fines received relating to an installation will be paid by JPG Signs and invoiced back to your company.
• JPG Signs reserves the right to remove any board if there is evidence it has been stolen, damaged or poses a safety concern.
• The installation site will be assessed before installation. If deemed unsafe, the board will not be installed and the agent will be advised.
• Boards are temporary advertising structures only.
• JPG Signs accepts no responsibility for damage caused by weather, rain, vandalism or tampering. Replacement boards required under these circumstances are chargeable.
• A re-erection fee applies where a board has fallen due to vandalism or tampering.
• Where boards are attached to existing structures that are unstable, deteriorated or damaged, JPG Signs accepts no responsibility for damage to those structures or surrounding property.
• JPG Signs is not liable for damage to underground pipes, electrical cables, gas lines or other underground services. It is the customer's responsibility to advise of any underground hazards before installation.
• Standard installation timeframe is 48 hours. Orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be processed within this timeframe where possible.
• While every effort is made to meet installation timeframes, JPG Signs is not liable for delays caused by weather, flooding, road closures, equipment breakdowns or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Boards larger than 8' × 6' requiring two installers may require additional installation time.

High Installations

• If a High Install option has been selected and the site has not previously been assessed, additional charges may apply depending on the equipment required.
• Each site is assessed individually and any additional costs will be advised before installation.
• Standard high installations are completed using an extension ladder up to 3 metres from ground level.
• High installations are completed according to the customer's instructions and in accordance with safe work practices.
• JPG Signs accepts no responsibility for damage to permanent structures resulting from installation or removal.

Signage Installations

• JPG Signs is not liable for normal wear, deterioration or damage associated with signage installation.
• Any signage supplied at a discounted price or free of charge remains the property of JPG Signs and is provided under an ongoing business partnership agreement.
• JPG Signs may terminate this agreement and remove leased or unpaid signage, or require payment of the originally quoted amount within seven (7) days.
• JPG Signs is not responsible for replacing aged signage or signage requiring updating due to branding changes.

Brochures

• All brochure orders must be submitted by email and will receive a job number.
• Standard brochure production time is 48–72 hours.
• Order cut-off time is 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

Trading Terms

• Trading terms are strictly 7 days from the invoice date.
